Prestige Plumbing installed our water heater in about 30 minutes. While they were draining the old water heater in the drain by our heater they ran into a problem. They drained a but of sediment filled water into the drain creating or contributing to a clogged drain letting me know there was now a problem, but they made no effort to correct the problem they contributed to or created. They left after finishing the job and were unwilling to correct the problem without asking me the customer who watched them do the job to pay for it and basically told me who had not had a problem with the drain they I was mistaken. It was already clogged prior to their work. I have never had a problem with the drain in the 6 years I have owned to property and our air conditioner drains enough water to fill the drain every 90 minutes. So I will not be having Prestige come out to do any more work in the future.
