Knowing my car needed a lot of work done, I was very worried when the water pump went out! I called Sanfords Automotive. He (Mike) had it towed in, and I told him I just need to get it running again. I figured he would try to upsell me, and fix more than what was necessary to get me back on the road, but he didn't. He fixed the problem at hand, we talked about some other things that will need to be addressed in the near future, but he didn't make me feel pressured to have these things done then! Thanks Mike! When I get ready to have the other problems taken care of, you can bet that you will be the one I call to do it!
