Mr Grant, I am sorry that my customer service did not meet your expectations. I strive to give the best possible customer service possible, even taking & picking up customers when they live over 10 miles away. I took pride in the duel exhaust that I replaced on your 1967 Red Mustang. I took great care in aligning the mufflers, pipes, Chrome tips & hangers so that it looked good & did not rattle or vibrate loose. I am sorry that the turbo mufflers were not loud enough (my recommendation). Clearly I should have installed the flow masters that you wanted to start with that I said would be too loud. Mike Sanford
