Friendly, fast, and excellent.
We're music repairmen. Mr. Sanford originally came over here to have an oboe repaired. My boss Steve started taking his car there and said, "They're real good," so I started taking my car there too. I've personally taking my car over there a good year and a half. Steve has been taking his vehicle over a little longer, three years at least. My car's a little newer than his so I didn't have problems show up for awhile.
I keep going back to Sanford Automotive for two reasons. Mr. Sanford, first and foremost, he's such a nice, decent guy to deal with. He's one of those good guys. You feel like he's not about to take you for a ride. I never feel like he's going to BS me.
Second of his all, he's flat-out honest. Not only is he honest, he'll point out other peoples' dishonesty. When I first took my car over there, he pointed out some things that should have been done but couldn't be done at the dealership. I had also paid another shop to have some spark plugs replaced. Mr. Sanford showed me that the plugs that were in my car could only come from a factory and couldn't have been done at that other shop. Right then, I knew I'd never take my car to the other place again.
Mr. Sanford will tell you exactly what should be done, and then he won't cut corners. When you roll out of his place, your car is fixed. Both me and Steve, we never have a problem, ever. Try him for yourself, and you'll find out real quickly. Go over and have some work done and you'll probably be real happy and impressed.
