From the moment we contacted Arpin/Holiday Van, the experience was exceptional. Our quote was reasonable, our contact person worked with us to accommodate our multiple needs, the loading process went well, and we received our items right on time - actually earlier than we expected. We moved across the country and had to coordinate two moves - one to a temporary apartment with the majority of our things going into storage. The items for the apartment were handled very well. We are hoping for the same experience when we are ready to take delivery of our remaining items once our house is ready. Overall we had a great experience.
