We began our search for a heat remediation system in 2012. We reviewed information on several systems and decided to purchase the Pest Pro Thermal System in January 2013 for two reasons: 1) We liked the package option of purchasing the equipment with the trailer; and 2) We were impressed with President, Bob Barcell who was thorough in his explanations of how the system worked, patient with our never-ending questions, understanding of the challenges we faced as we imported the system to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, and cooperative in assisting with the on-site training at our location.

The system arrived in June 2013 and we were provided with hands-on training for more than a dozen people. We have been happy with the performance and durability of the system's components and have recommended the system to other organizations.
