This was my first time using Less Stress Moving LLC. I did all the packing myself, and I also had a legend so that my boxes were numbered. I was able to put the numbers on the rooms that the boxes were going into. When they moved me, they put my boxes exactly where I wanted without a lot of questions, and I was able to get right to it when it came to unpacking. I was very impressed. I have 12 houseplants, and one of them is 8' tall. I was a little concerned how they would be handled, and I figured they would just spend the night in the truck. However, they were very conscientious, and they were concerned that my plants wouldn't survive in the heat of the truck overnight, so they brought the plants to the new porch so they wouldn't spend the night in the truck. Luckily, I was only moving about 2 miles away, so this wasn't a huge deal. They were very professional and polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. They really did a great job, and I am extremely impressed with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend them!
