RG Group's Powertech division is usually responsive and gets in touch within a reasonable time to answer questions and provide tech support when needed. They could improve on issues with stocking to make sure they have common parts at all times--in order to cut down on lead times. The problems don't all fall on them, but us to provide accurate forecasting. Relatively speaking, their pricing is good but every once and awhile there is an increase that catches you off guard.
