The service that RG Group provides is exemplary. Their responsiveness is great -- whenever I request a quote, I generally have that quote within an hour or two. If not, they usually let me know when I will. I've tested their pricing through other competitors, and their prices are generally better. Their service is what really gets me. They have helped us out with finding solutions for problems that we've had. I've personally been dealing with them for a couple of years, but our company has been with them since the mid 80's, and for good reason. I'd highly recommend their service.
