Very nice, polite customer service with good follow up.
The customer service at RG Group is very nice and very polite. The follow up with our project was very good. We were back and forth with them all the time. The only thing was just some miscommunication. It was a very long order, and there was some miscommunication about it. Part of it was because of shipping issues, and we had to go back and forth, and that delayed the project.
