Pretty good service.
We use two different divisions of RG Group. One division replaces some hydraulic cylinders for us. We also have them replace hoses and put fittings on hoses. They cut the hoses to length, and then add the fittings.
Their service is pretty good; I don't remember receiving any complaints. I have been with the company for a little over a year, but I know that my predecessors used RG Group also.
