We had some ordering mix ups.
RG Group's service was good, but we had a lot of delayed orders. There was a mix-up in the the orders, so perhaps that caused the delay. We had a lot of erroneous parts come in.
We had some issues where the part numbers were changed, and we were quoted different part numbers. The quantities were not correct. It all got straightened out, but it caused us pain and suffering in the process.
