We have been dealing with RG Group for many years because they offer by far the best deals, but right now we just placed two orders back to back and they duplicated one of the orders. When the material came in it was not to their part order or spec and they said we had to pay all 3 orders because they were non-refundable. (Even though they were wrong and we only had made 2 orders anyways).

The parts are about 72 dollars each and we are holding 18 unusable parts. It has been hard to resolve this issue with them but this has been going on since last June 2012. We had to go elsewhere to fulfill the need of a customer and had to pay twice as much, so RG Group has incredible prices but we are frustrated with our most recent order.

What we described and ordered did not match the part numbers but we are still sitting on unusable parts that really adds up in costs.
