Pretty good service, but their prices seem to have gone up.
My experience with RG Group has been okay. The prices seem to have gone up to a higher side, but nothing unusual has ever happened. We use RG Group for parts, mostly brass and air fittings.
It is pretty good service. They seem to be patient. I might find parts cheaper elsewhere, but I haven't looked.
