A couple of weeks ago, after my oil change at Mullane, I asked about an unusual noise that my Wrangler's clutch was making. The tech told me it was internal and that I should make an appointment to have it looked at. At today's appointment, the noise was loud and clear, but neither the tech or the service rep could hear it. So, they sprayed some grease on a spring (as per a service bulletin), sold me a 4 wheel drive service for $250, and quoted me $380 for a gasket to fix my leaking freedom top. Afterwards, I called them out to the parking lot to listen to the unusual noise still coming from my clutch. They said "Oh, that sounds serious - you should make an appointment to have that looked at". I did make an appointment...at another dealer! Although Mullane is the most convenient jeep location, I will definitely not be returning.
