We were first time customers from another Dodge/Chrysler dealership competitor that we were loyal to for 10 years and 4 vehicles. Had some bad customer service the last few years with them, then they attempted to upcharge us thinking loyal customers don’t price shop. Things like taking away lifetime oil changes 2 years after the purchase due to the oil type. Really. Told my wife she needed new tires from them at inspection time when they were a year old and in great shape. Took advantage of the women that didn’t know. Well I did %*#holes.
Went to Mullane after we decided to check it out and see if the rumors we heard about Mullanes sales and service was real. They priced the upgraded model vehicle cheaper than Cecconi the first time around with no idea the pric we received from there competitor. Salesman knew the vehicle from top to bottom when the competitor was telling us the vehicle had options it didn’t and didn’t tell us about options it did. Most knowledgeable salesman we ever dealt with at Mullane. They put a lot of pride and hardwork into trying to stay on top of this business and you see and feel that it’s genuine.
