And I should know! I used Quail Run for years while I lived on Long Island. 4 large dogs, 4 large personalities....everyone at Quail Run handled them with ease. I always knew they were in a safe, clean environment with knowledgeable staff.
Then I moved to Vegas and searched high and low for another Quail Run. It was impossible. So many with group play, with inexperienced staff watching over them and no staff there from 6 pm to 7 am.
Good news for my new dog; I am moving back to Long Island! I was on LI and visited them again. Same wonderful staff, same clean facility. I can't wait!
