They will present cost options and the safety/performance issues of each, and will take the time to find best prices for appropriate parts.
At times they will suggest third party components for work they don’t even do, such as tires.
The head mechanic has encyclopedic knowledge, and can execute on it. To boot he is a sports car buff so has a diagnostic/sleuthing mindset, and has machinist skills he is not afraid to use.
Work is scheduled and executed in a timely manner, and they will stick to their completion estimates as much as humanly possible.
Hours are early-swing shift, which is convenient for me so that I can drop-off my vehicle at lunchtime and pickup when I leave.
