I realized the end of the lease on my car was coming up much quicker than I had thought and stopped by Ralli-Round to see if they could possibly fix the driver side mirror in the next week. Ben looked at the mirror, gave me a very decent quote compared to what the dealership, and fixed it for me within 1.5 hours when I brought it in a couple days later. Ben also took the time to go over other concerns and make very helpful suggestions on what to do about some of the other issues with the car. I really appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and extreme depth of knowledge. It's so nice to feel like I'm being treated fairly when having work done on my car. I will definitely use them for all future needs with my new car.
