HighTechLending was great. I know one of the brokers there, and I gave him all the information and details of my mortgage. I asked him to watch the market and call me when it was the appropriate time to refinance and the rates were at the right point.

He called me to tell me when they were there, and we started the process. It was faster than the original process, and they were excellent. They got me an even better rate in the process than the rate I was quoted at the beginning. He was really watching the market the whole time. I had a 5 1/2 loan, and they got me down to a 4 1/2 loan.

This is the second mortgage I have gone through, and HighTechLending made it extremely easy. I wouldn't even be able to compare it to most experiences; they were great guys. They were very easy to work with, and I never dealt with someone in the company who was anything but the utmost professional.
