Most everything that HighTechLending has done for me has gone well, but I experienced an issue with them regarding my insurance. They told me they would pay my insurance for the year so I wouldn't have to, and would then take it out. Well, they didn't pay it. I had to pay to keep from losing my insurance and pay a late charge they issued in addition. It then took them a long time to have the charges corrected to take responsibility for the mistake.

I hope this helps them correct their timeliness in future processes like this, because everything else was just fine.
