HighTechLending sometimes made me unsure of the pricing. For me, some of the details were unclear and I am getting things in the mail about insurance for the loan that seemed like balances that would pay off in 30 years.

Other than that, it was pretty good working with them. There were some discrepancies in the appraisal and I felt they didn't accept the proper value. I have seen the value rise and fall and the banks don't want to sell at the appraised value so now I am questioning the bank.

They need someone to follow through and make sure the appraisal is thorough and accurate.
