They have been excellent. They contacted me a little while ago about refinancing and I basically declined because because they could not offer all that I needed. However, they called again and we were able to go though with the refinance. They walked me through everything and they checked in regularly to make sure I was satisfied. They gave me contact information for their local representative and they are just the nicest people. In general, they are professional and courteous.

The process was easy. The first closing I did was one of the hardest things I ever went through. It got pushed back several times and the experience was very hard. This time, I have had no problems at all. The guys at High Tech Lending have been great.
