Doug did a great job scoping the line to find the problem (which seems to be the washer itself); gave a 50% discount as he couldn't find an obstruction. There was a small "hick-up" as he forgot to reattach the washer drain hose and we ended up with some water on the floor of the laundry room (no damage, just a lot of wet towels to mop up). I appreciated his offer to refund all of the trip do to this mistake. Will use him again.
