What I thought was major was really just a few washers and bolts. Very honest and helpful. I thought I needed a new faucet when really I just needed to get a new hose which they told me was free from the faucet company because faucets are all lifetime warranty. Who knew?! Called the company for me and I just got it today! Awesome service!
