In my service call, I specifically asked if they had a good quality snake camera to view the septic line and try to understand where a blockage was. Phone agent said they had a brand new high quality camera. When the service guy (Michael) arrived, he was unable to get the new camera working properly, and had to fall back to the old camera which produced a very poor quality image.

Also, during the rooting operation, Michael wound up splitting the PVC septic inlet pipe as he twisted on and off the 45 elbow extension. No serious damage done, but could have been avoided with just a little lubricant.

To their credit, they did not charge the full amount for the camera run.

However, on an earlier occasion, had these guys out (different service guy) to root a blockage, and he did a fine job.

Summary: As with any service outfit, the quality depends on the individual involved.
