I had a problem with my stove at 12:30 in the morning. I called the emergency cell phone # and I could tell that I woke this man up. But, he was very polite and informative. He stayed on the phone with me for over a half an hour while talking me through my problem. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff and was a little panicked. But he continued to be very patient with me. After the whole thing was said and done, my problem was fixed and he didn't even charge me for his time. I can not remember his name but I wish I could because I don't know what I would have done if not for him! If I ever have another problem he will be the first one that I call!!!
