Horrible service, horrible products!

On 9/7/15 my husband and I went to Big Sandy and purchased an appliance package, a TV and a TV stand with an electric fireplace insert. At that time we stressed to our sales person, Jay, that we needed the microwave ASAP as we had just purchased a new home and did not have one that worked. Jay said that he would get it to the store as soon as he could so we could pick it up, it would arrive either Wed or Thur. That was the last we heard of it. On 10/8/15 I called the store to see why I still didn't have my stuff, I was told that everything except the TV stand was in and they could deliver it on Saturday, 10/10/15. Great, except why didn't anyone call to tell me my things were in? Were they just going to keep them until I called? On Saturday the delivery came but there was no microwave, the driver said he had no idea why it wasn't included and that I should call the store. I called and was told the microwave was at the store, so again I have to ask, why didn't anyone ever call me? One of the salesmen was talking in the background and said he got off work at 7:00 on Sunday, he would bring it to us. I really wish I would have got his name because he never showed up and shocker but once again, no one called us. Monday, 10/12/15, I went in to the store to pick up the microwave and spoke with a manager named Adam Dale about the horrible service I had received and the fact that I still didn't have the TV stand. He apologized and said the TV stand would be in at the end of Oct, he would call me when it was in. Oct ended and surprise, surprise... no one ever called me! I went in the store again on 11/1 and Adam wasn't there so I spoke with a "manager" named John Price. I used quotes because I'm not sure this person is in fact a manager at all. He stated that the TV stand is in (SO WHY DIDN'T ADAM OR ANYONE CALL ME???) and that it would be delivered on Wed. I personally don't feel that I should have to wait until Wed when I've already been waiting 2 months but he just kept stating there was nothing else he could do for me. He refused to even give me Adam's boss's name when I asked for it so that I could file a complaint on him. I finally spoke with Adam's boss Brian Chinn and he scheduled the TV stand to be delivered on Wed, 11/4. Jay had told us the TV stand would be assembled, all we would have to do would be insert the fireplace, it wasn't. After we finally got it assembled Wed night, we discovered the fireplace didn't fit in it. Brian had someone bring us the correct fireplace on Fri; we finally got it set up and the new TV hooked up. On Sun 11/8, we had the new dishwasher installed only to discover that it was dented. Then that night, the new TV fried and will no longer turn on. I am just disgusted with the entire experience.

Ms. Moss, I'm sorry about all of the trouble you had with your purchase. Although we try our best to make every purchase a good experience, it is clear that we dropped the ball with yours. I can't apologize enough for the trouble you had, and I recognize it was truly our mistakes that led to this difficult experience for you. Please call me at the store if there is anything I can do to make this right.
