I'm so dissatisfied with the chaise lounge! You can't even sit on it. It is so soft it just sinks to the springs! It hurts my back so much!!!!! I have talked to several people at Big Sandy in Portsmouth, NO ONE will help me out! I will NEVER buy anything else from there again!!!!! I'm stuck with a chaise lounge I can't even sit on! I figure I won't see this on the reviews either!!!
