Kim has been installing carpets for us for 20 years or more in both our personal residence and the few rental properties we've owned and renovated over the years. He is one of the few tradespeople now a days that obviously takes great personal pride in what he leaves behind! Just how good he really is fully sunk in the time I had to strip out one of his old installs to make way for him to install new carpets.
