I have very little flooring knowledge and I called one morning and spoke to Hugo. He was able to make things simple for me even over the phone! When I got in store, he remembered me from the call-remembered what I was looking for-and helped me pick the best one for my space! He made the whole experience exciting and much less stressful! I’m very grateful for that! Even when I called about pick up a few days later, another employee, whom I didn’t catch his name, remembered who I was and about my visit to the store! It was very small town feel in the city; personal and friendly! I will be returning for any future flooring needs!!
