My entire experience with the store was positive. Hugo gave me a lot of great information on the telephone, and spent some time with me when I went into the store later that morning. Upon deciding on which colour of vinyl planking I wanted to go with he made the deposit process very easy. There were a lot of helpers to load the product into my vehicle. The product looks fantastic, and the price was extremely reasonable. I have recommended Hugo to friends and would highly recommend Hugo and flooring Superstore to others. I appreciate a salesperson with knowledge, who does not pressure a customer to buy. I felt very comfortable there.
