I walked into Carpet Superstores with something specific in mind that I wanted in terms of flooring. The guy I dealt with heard me out, asked me questions, and then took me in a different direction. He was very patient and didn't rush me at all. He let me think about it, took the time while I called my husband to share what was going on, debated the pros and cons, etc. In the end, I allowed myself to be guided by him and I do think he guided me in a better direction. Once I decided on the kind of flooring, they loaded me up, made sure everything was secure, and that was it. Overall, their customer service was very good in each step. They were very professional and efficient.Their pricing was quite good as well, and I would say consistent with other stores.
