When I first when into Carpet Superstores I talked to a guy who wasn't really a solutions provider. He had some suggestions, but I had to know exactly what I wanted to really get any help. Then I went back a second time and talked to someone much more experienced, his name was Brent, who understood what I needed and helped me find what I was looking for. He was awesome. They didn't do any installation, but I bought carpet and underlay from them and they gave me a really good price.
