Able replaced an old A/C unit and even older gas furnace. The work was very professional and they did more than expected. Being an engineer and familiar with HVAC I am more critical than the average consumer. They did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and then explaining what they were doing and how the equipment would perform better than my previous system. I always get at least 3 estimates on major repairs and they were very competitive and had the best product.
I had the system installed on Friday and the compressor failed Saturday. They came out Sunday and replaced the entire unit on Monday. It has been working great ever since. Normally, having such an infant failure is not good, but the fact that they replaced the entire unit and not just the compressor showed that they are committed to quality and the fact they came out on Sunday and replace the unit Monday showed they are committed to excellence.
Another thing that set them apart from the competition is that they registered my system and service contract with the manufacturer for me and provided me with all of the paperwork that I needed to file for rebates and tax incentives while others stated I was responsible for that.
