I was experiencing an issue with my furnace, and didn't know what was going on or how serious the issue was. I called Able Heating and Cooling, and they were out a few hours later, even though it was the evening. The weather was threatening to turn bad, and I know the tech had had a long day, but he was still very pleasant and helpful. He checked the furnace over, and gave me a full assessment, along with his recommendations for how to handle the problem. He got me squared away for the evening, and they very next day was back to perform the repairs.

They wanted to get my furnace up and running before the bad weather hit, and worked quickly and efficiently. Then, they made sure everything was working properly before charging me a penny. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and also knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves well, too. It was a very good experience, and I highly recommend them. I have I second furnace in my home, which Able will replace this summer.
