Surprised and disappointed
I called Able for an A/C service last year and my AC stopped working again this week. I am using a different company this time, who showed me the compressor and that it has years of buildup on it. The repairman at Able did not clean it. He addressed my "power" issue, and told me everything else looked fine when clearly it was not. To top it off, he left the disconnect out of the compressor in the rain. When I called Able about this, they asked me if I could just put it back in myself, which I did. Due to this negligence, I am out at least another $500 for extra maintenance. I was going to let this go, but after discovering the buildup on the compressor unit, I felt I had to say something so Able would improve its service in the future.
