Good as near as I can tell
I had what I thought was a problem with my heat pump on Sat. It is now Tues., & still no response at their telephone or email that I sent. I called this morning & just like Sat., it goes to voice mail for one of their techs. His mailbox is full. Had it been a huge problem I would have had to stay several nights in a motel in this weather.
