Yuri and Rick came to fix a faucet and replace a cartridge. Rick asked where my water turn of was and I wasn't sure. He said come with me I think I know where it is.
He showed me which after 12 years in his no plumber has ever shown me. He said you need to know this in case if you ever have an emergency.
He then noticed my water softer and realized it was not woking properly and ended up selling me a new system. They were both very nice polite guys.
I always get a follow up call from Dante to make sure everything went well.
