Had an unknown water issue Sun. evening. Turned water off to house and called Paradise this AM. Very courteous, professional and very timely service call. Fernando came and went through all our water sources, testing to see if there were any leaks which would cause water to accumulate on floor in master bath and in kitchen.
After going testing every tub, sink and toilet he could not duplicate the water accumulation. It was discovered that the A/C airhandler drip hose was disconnected on outside of house and condensation water was diipping down wall and accummulation on A/C slab. It was felt that this most probablly was the source of the standing water that ran under the slab and into the kitchen and bath which were in line with the line. Fernando was very professional, thorough and courteous and very well represented Paradise and your reputation for fair straight forward service. Could not have been more pleased with Fernando and Paradise. We have and will continue to use you and recommend Paradise as honest, fair and trustworthy. Thanks again Fernando.
