We had a plumbing back-up emergency and Paradise came out immediately. Octavio R was able to diagnose the issue quickly and do a temporary repair. He was very informative as to what the problem was and how it needed to be repaired. Paradise sent a proposal out that day with what needs to be done. We are waiting to hear back from them as to when exactly they will be able to schedule the repair because it requires more than one person and some equipment. Paradise is my "go-to" plumber!
