I have owned a Suntrek system for years. The quality of the product is good. The issue comes with their service. I contacted the Las Vegas branch to winterize my system. The weekend after they serviced it I went on the roof to check the quality of work. The tech left a strap unsecured and laying on the roof after checking the relief valve, they charged me 50.00 extra dollars for new adhesive. There are areas where the panels clearly need new adhesive and none applied. There is adhesive all over the top of the panels where the tech just let it drip on top of the panels. I will be calling them to come back out and fix it right. Poor work ethic and no attention to detail.
