I was part of a new program that Suntrek Solar was involved in, so it took awhile to get the permits approved and get the actual equipment on the roof and they were not 100 percent on all the answers to my questions. Also, rather than it being 4 to 6 weeks, I think it took 12 weeks for the actual process to take place. It all worked out fine in the end though, and I have had no problems, questions or issues.
