I love SunTrek Solar, and I have dealt with them for years and years. They installed a pool solar system with pool controls and an energy saving pool pump. They are my first go-to people for solar.

We installed the most recent solar pool system in March. We did a re-roof, and since the old system was 14 years old we decided to go with a new system. However, the old one was still working. Their product is great.

The technicians from SunTrek Solar let you know when they are going to be there. They are always on time. Everyone introduces themselves when they arrive, which is great. They go to work and don't stop. When they leave you would never know they were there. They always thoroughly explain the system, showing my the valves and what to look for. Afterward, I get a call to make sure that everything is working fine. It is really top notch.

At one point I saw water coming out of the gutter so I called them. They came out and we realized that it was actually my neighbor's gutter. They didn't charge for the service call and took my concern seriously. Whenever you feel like there is a problem they have someone on it right away. I didn't have to wait at all.

I think they are very honest price wise and extremely competitive. Everyone at SunTrek is very personable, and they get back to their customers ASAP. Whatever Roy, the owner, does, he does right the whole way through. They stand by their product; I have never once had anything go wrong.

Everyone that I have told about SunTrek has called me and are so grateful that I let them know about the company. I have talked to people who had not so good experiences with other solar companies. I wish that there were more companies like SunTrek Solar. They have isolated themselves from everyone else because they are so good.
