knowledgeable staff but very expensive service fee

I was very impressed with the gentlemen that attended my home for an issue I was having with my pool (solar heating). They were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I found the cost of service ($168/HALF hour) to be unreasonable.

Thank you for your business and your feedback regarding Suntrek. Hopefully our solar expert was able to solve your issues. I do understand your concern with the pricing but please know; only the first half hour is $165 and then it is only $165 per hour after that. We do not charge a travel fee or any additional fees so we do find that our 20 plus years of experience is a value at that price.
