We had two other men out here over the past several years, and it wasn't quite done to a good specification because the first time it was a lower bathroom toilet that wasn't working right. The first person finished, and it was rocking a little bit. The second person came, which was a very young guy, and he put it up on some kind of shims or something. Maybe the pipes/drainage wasn't deep enough when they built the house, and it's always been an issue. The first time somebody came, the toilet rocked. The second time, it was up pretty high. Then it started leaking because they had to put several different flanges in it or something, which is what this man, Tom, said. I think, that is his name. I asked why it started leaking under there, and he goes, "Well, they did this flange, and then they had to do that flange," and so it just started leaking. This is the third time we've actually had somebody out here working on the same problem. They got along fine, they were nice, congenial and everything. I hope this is the last time we have to get it fixed.
