I have used Mervin Zimmerman, Inc. for years. Most recently, I had a flood and didn't know where the leak was coming from. When I called, the gentleman suggested I phone back in half an hour, so I didn't get the on-call charges. He came out, found the leak was coming from my old water heater, and had it replaced within an hour, before lunchtime. It was sorted really quickly, which was nice!
It was very smooth, and they always are! I know the people that come out, know their names, and they phone to make my service appointments for my air conditioning and heating.
