We had a visiting cat pull some yarns out of a new wool rug.
I sent a picture to the company on a Friday. On Sunday Robert Mann himself responded himself saying they could fix it, just bring it in.
I did so Monday, and was promised 4 or 5 days. On Tuesday I was given a call, and picked up the rug. The charge was LESS than the estimate - unbelievable in these days. The repair was perfect, I could not find the area of damage. I will tell you what I told them - they are spoiling me, would not even let me carry the rug out to the SUV to take home, insisted on loading it themselves.
Wow. Long time since I have seen service like that.
