Our management department knew about S & D Flooring. We had our showroom's carpet replaced with a new carpet. Their installers are nice. The company offers good products. The project is still not 100 percent complete. In fact, I wasn't expecting to be as involved as I was; for instance, I had to help with pulling up the carpet and take down the sales counter top to get the project underway. Unfortunately, the installer was the only person they sent out to do the job all by himself. It took about 6 hours to complete. I don't think the company was 100 percent prepared to do this project.
