We had carpet installed in bedroom. One year later we noticed several creases in carpet. Called and visited their office. Sales manager named Bill Shaw agreed there was a problem and came to our house and made a report on the problem. Nothing was done to correct the problem. Went back to show room second time to discuss problem. The agreed the second time to correct problem, but no one show to make correction. Was never made aware what the problem was that caused the creased. They collect my check and said mission accomplished. Bad workmanship, terrible follow up and damaged furniture.
